“Let us build a house where love can dwell.”
St. Michael’s volunteers: men, women, and teens, along with 300 others from 6 local parishes gathered for a weekend in June to build the frame of a duplex home for Habitat for Humanity. Even Cardinal Cupich swung a hammer to help! In the spirit of Renew My Church families of faith gathered at St. George’s parking lot where the sun shone on the construction and everyone smiled while working together.
