Youth Ministry Outreach at Catholic Charities – DAYBREAK CENTER / SHEPHERD’S TABLE
On the first Saturday of every month a group of 8th Graders and High School Students prepare and serve lunch at the Shepherd’s Table – Soup Kitchen in Joliet. We will be going on Saturday, May 2 at 8 AM until 1 PM.
PLEASE NOTE – The teens will not be going to the Soup Kitchen in April. Watch for the menu in May.
To Any Parishioner – Shepherd’s Table Needs Your Help!
CAN YOU HELP? – Our teens will be making BBQ chicken for lunch at the Soup Kitchen this month – Please donate russet potatoes, cans of corn, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, rolls, fresh fruit, homemade desserts, liters of pop, ranch dressing, olive oil, Italian seasoning, packets of butter. The St. Vincent de Paul Ministry is in need of Cheerios and cornflakes, so any excess donations will be given to Daybreak.
Place your donations in the Narthex Kitchen on Thursday, April 30 and Friday, May 1 from 8 AM to 8 PM.

We leave from St. Michael’s parking lot at 8 AM – Deadline for Sign-Up is Wednesday, April 29 – Transportation will be provided.
