MARCH 27, 2026 (PICTURES) – The Knights of Columbus hosted a Fish Fry on Friday, March 27, 2026, in the MPR. Over 250 attendees enjoyed the delicious Lenten dishes prepared, and proceeds benefited the Generation to Generation Fund. The event was a success, and guests are already looking forward to enjoying the food and good company again next year!
