St. Michael Parish Moms Group

Parish Organization

Our goal is to provide a supportive and encouraging community to the moms of St. Michael Parish as we live out our vocation as mothers to create faith filled families through the example and love of Christ. We provide opportunities for fellowship, service to the community and shared worship throughout the year.

We provide social opportunities for moms to connect with each other. We work to facilitate friendships and support for the moms of our parish. We host events such as moms nights out, kids activities and moms coffee hour. We meet at least once a month and welcome anyone interested in joining us at any time.

Book Club Schedule 2019

We are excited to announce that we are starting a book club in February 2019.

Momnipotent, The Not-So-Perfect Guide to Catholic Motherhood by Danielle Bean.

Is being a mother what you thought it would be? – The exhaustion, monotony, mounting unfinished projects, loss of a sense of self… Too many moms feel disillusioned and overwhelmed.

Momnipotent validates the dignity and importance of motherhood and will help you recognize your uniquely feminine strengths. Come join fellow moms and see how you can use those strengths to find peace, balance, and joy in being the woman God created and called you to be.

Dates, Times, Location – We will be meeting on Mondays at 7 PM in the Commons at St. Michael Parish on the following dates:

  • Monday, February 4
  • Monday, February 18
  • Monday, March 4
  • Monday, March 18
  • Monday, April 1

Cost/Registration – There is no cost to participate, although participants are asked to purchase the book on their own. Books can be purchased through or Participants are asked to register to attend the sessions so adequate space and materials can be provided.

For More Information – For additional questions or to register, please email either Tricia Dill at or Sarah Huie at Registration deadline is January 31st.

“Momnipotent will help you move to the next level in your vocation by empowering you with feminine strengths for your vocation. Whether you’re a new mom, a seasoned veteran, or even a spiritual mother, this book will be a true blessing for you and your family.”
