St. Michael Parish Moms Group

Parish Organization

Our goal is to provide a supportive and encouraging community to the moms of St. Michael Parish as we live out our vocation as mothers to create faith filled families through the example and love of Christ. We provide opportunities for fellowship, service to the community and shared worship throughout the year.

We provide social opportunities for moms to connect with each other. We work to facilitate friendships and support for the moms of our parish. We host events such as moms nights out, kids activities and moms coffee hour. We meet at least once a month and welcome anyone interested in joining us at any time.

Fall Book Club – 4 Tuesday Nights

MOMS YOU ARE INVITED! – Join us for our Fall book club to discuss the Book: “Getting Past Perfect: How to Find Joy and Grace in the Messiness of Motherhood” by Kate Wicker.

Do you ever feel like a raging tsumani, running through the house like a whirlwind and yelling at the top of your voice while the kids drag their feet and fight with one another as you desperately try to find lost shoes and get out the door on time? Overwhelmed, over-extended, and guilt-plagued? With honesty, humor, and practical wisdom, Getting Past Perfect helps moms overcome Pinterest-inspired perfectionism by replacing your deepest fears and anxieties with a steady trust in God and the freedom to love authentically.

We will meet on 4 Tuesday Nights – September 24, October 8, October 22 and November 5 – from 7 to 9 PM in the Ministry Room West in the Church.

Email Tricia Dill at to sign up or with any questions.

Please purchase your own book and we will discuss Chapters 1 and 2 at the first meeting.
