Food drives are usually held in the summer when pantries are low or around Thanksgiving and Christmas seasons. This food is delivered to our sharing parish, St. Basil-Visitation. The food is normally collected at the weekend Masses and is delivered on the Monday following by drivers who are willing to share their time.
For those putting food in cars to be delivered, this is a very happy occasion knowing that so many people will be fed because of our generosity.
