LENT 2026 – I Want to Walk As a Child of the Light… I Want to Follow Jesus!… Shine in my heart, Lord Jesus!
During Lent, as you come for Holy Mass, be sure to walk over by the Ministry rooms, near the Highland Avenue doors. On the wall between the two Ministry rooms, across from the chapel, you will see 68 drawings created by students of St. Michael School and our Religious Education Program.
Each drawing expresses that child’s thoughts on our parish Lenten theme of “Jesus, Healer of Body, Mind, and Spirit.”
Four of the drawings were used on a Lenten prayer card. You will find copies of those cards in a basket by each entrance/exit door of the church building that you can take with you for your prayer time with and for God.
