Scout Sunday Celebration – February 1

Sunday, February 1
at the 11:30 AM Mass
The Scout Law teaches that a Scout ‘will do [their] best to do [their] duty to God and [their] country…’. A Scout is also Reverent towards God, faithful in their religious duties, and to respect the beliefs of others.
Scouting America designates the Sunday that falls before February 8th (the anniversary of Scouting) as Scout Sunday. We will celebrate Scout Sunday on February 1 at the 11:30 AM Mass. This is a date to praise the contributions of children and adults to their community and to recognize their achievements with Religious emblems.
Thank you, Father Frank and the St. Michael’s Parish, for recognizing the importance of Scouting in our community.
Yours in Scouting,
Orland Park Troop 318
Orland Park Pack 372
St. Michael Cub Scout Pack 381
