This Year’s Multi-Parish Home Build event will be held at St. Michael on June 12 and 13, 2026 – On Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13, volunteers from at least 7 parishes in the Chicago Archdiocese Vicariate V will come together at St. Michael Parish to build stud walls that will be used by Habitat for Humanity to build houses for low-income families.

We will need volunteers for a multitude of duties for this event – We’ll need volunteers to help in hospitality, preparing, and serving food to everyone. We’ll need volunteers to help with Parking, Safety, and Clean-up. We’ll need volunteers to help with measuring and cutting the lumber. We’ll need volunteers to help with hammering nails to assemble the wall sections. We’ll need volunteers to help with Registration. No EXPERIENCE is needed for any of these duties.
