This summer, the Pro-Life Action League will sponsor the Joseph M. Scheidler Memorial Face the Truth Tour at various locations in the Chicago area, holding pictures of beautiful unborn babies along with signs showing the victims of abortion. Join us as we show our fellow citizens that the victims of abortion are members of the human family just like the rest of us! Come to any of the sites listed below and we’ll give you a sign to hold.
There is a Retreat and Workshop for Widows and Widowers called Joyful Again! this Spring, it will be held on June 27-28, 2026 at St. Julie Billiart Parish, located at 7399 W. 159th Street in Tinley Park, IL 60477. If you are widowed and still struggling with the loss or feel stuck in one spot, please consider attending the Joyful Again! Retreat and Workshop on June 27-28. No Overnight Accommodations available.
All are invited to the next monthly St. Rita of Cascia Novena Mass at the St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel, 7740 S. Western Avenue in Chicago, IL. Confession is available at 6 PM. Mass and Novena Prayers will begin at 7 PM. Stay after Mass to enjoy a slice of the famous Racine Danish Kringle and socialize with new friends.
