NOVEMBER 18, 2023 (PICTURES) – Retreat Allows Confirmation Candidates To Reflect on Holy Moments – Our Confirmation candidates gathered for a retreat on November 18, 2023, where through holy listening and purposeful movement and discussion, they reflected on the holy moments in their daily lives. They role played how trust is built through their interactions at home with their parents, in school with their teachers, and with friends. They explored whether they choose to live below or above the line; to deny, excuse, justify or quit, rather than acknowledge, accept, and take responsibility. And they collaborated in silence to get through a maze of choices to help them understand how we need to support one another in decisions and direction in life. Special thanks to long-time parishioner Patti Brucki, who facilitated the retreat, as well as Fr. Daniel and Fr. Geofrey for their participation.
