DECEMBER 2024 (PICTURES) – BUSY ADVENT FOR RELIGIOUS EDUCATION STUDENTS AND FAMILIES – Advent was a busy time for our Religious Education students. In addition to focusing on and praying about how they could share the peace, hope, joy and love of Jesus Christ with those around us, every student wrote down on strips of paper the special things they were doing during Advent to prepare for the birth of our Savior and then placed them in the manger in the Narthex. They also learned more about the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the virtue of generosity by supporting the Sharing Tree and our St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry. Additionally, our 1st and 3rd year students presented our annual Nativity Play to their families and to all the students enrolled in our Religious Education program. Special thanks go out to parishioners Donna Connolly and Mary Beth Mallet for their help with our Nativity Play.
