HONOR AND THANK FR. GEOFREY

JUNE 7 AND JUNE 8 IN THE MPR AFTER ALL MASSES

On Pentecost weekend, Saturday, June 7 and Sunday June 8, we will be honoring Fr. Geofrey as he prepares for a new assignment – We will have hospitality after all Masses to give everyone a chance to thank Fr. Geofrey and wish him well – This will not be Fr. Geofrey’s last weekend with us, but Pentecost is a day to be grateful and to put our trust in the Holy Spirit.

BAKERS AND VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – We are in need of people to provide baked goods for our celebration and to help with set up, serving and clean up on June 7 and 8. If you can bake or help with event prep, please contact Ellie Olson at 708-699-7224 or via email at ero1958@yahoo.com.

RAFFLE AND SILENT AUCTION – We also will host a raffle/silent auction with proceeds going to support FAMILY HOPE CHARITY, a non-profit organization that helps impoverished families in Africa and across the globe, and that Fr. Geofrey is passionate about – https://www.familyhopecharity.org/

DON’T FORGET TO DROP OFF A PHOTO! – Photographs make great memories so please drop off photos of yourselves in the Parish Office so they can be compiled into a photo album for Fr. Geofrey – Please don’t forget to put your name on the back of the photo… sometimes our memories fade as we age and little reminders are helpful.
