Come join us in learning more about our faith and why we, as Catholics, celebrate differently from other religious groups. We meet once a month every 2nd Monday of the month.
Anyone with an interest in knitting or crochet – whether it be novice or advanced – is invited to join us! We share patterns, meet new people, laugh together! We usually meet twice a month during the day on Tuesdays, from August to June. We also meet in the evening once a month September-October-November, and March-April-May.
MORNING OF REFLECTION FOR WOMEN – Each month, the School Sisters of St. Francis of Christ the King offer a Morning of Reflection for Woman at Mount Assisi Center in Lemont (formerly Mount Assisi Academy High School). The morning includes prayer, meditation and time for sharing. A continental breakfast and lunch are served. A $30 donation is requested.
Coalition Life will be sponsoring the Coalition Life Circle, a nine-day prayer campaign, a movement uniting believers across American in public, faithful prayer outside, anywhere in the public square, from Thursday, June 11 through Friday, June 19 at both the Flossmoor and River North locations. The Coalition Life Circle consists of four hours of prayer from 8 AM until 12 Noon for each of the nine days outside these abortion facilities.
Join us on the Second Tuesday of the Month (Second Thursday in June) for a Eucharistic Holy Hour, Meditation, Divine Mercy Chaplet, and Benediction, led by Fr. Louis Mboe. You do not have to stay for the whole time.

This Year’s Multi-Parish Home Build event will be held at St. Michael on June 12 and 13, 2026 – On Friday, June 12 and Saturday, June 13, volunteers from at least 7 parishes in the Chicago Archdiocese Vicariate V will come together at St. Michael Parish to build stud walls that will be used by Habitat for Humanity to build houses for low-income families – We will need volunteers for a multitude of duties for this event!
Whether you are interested in traditional burial or cremation, our Archdiocesan Catholic Cemetery Advisors will be available after Mass on June 13 and June 14 to answer questions, guide you through our offerings, and share our limited-time parish promotion.
Schoenstatt Women Orland Park are reading about the beginnings of the Schoenstatt Apostolic Movement of the Catholic Church that took root in Germany at the beginning of the 20th Century and spread internationally during and following WWII. We are also learning how this Marian Spirituality has formed great Saints and Martyrs! June’s Monthly Meeting will be held at St. Michael Parish from 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM on June 13.
The St. Michael Mental Health Awareness Ministry is a spiritual support group intended for family and / or friends of persons living with mental and addiction disease / afflictions. We are community of faith offering help and hope. We share our lived experiences and mental health resources we have utilized. We practice Holy Listening and do not try to “fix” anyone’s problems.
