The Annual Catholic Appeal offers an opportunity to join with others and affirm that “together we bring hope.” In addition to providing for ministries and services throughout the Archdiocese, the Annual Catholic Appeal also funds services that are of great help to St. Michael Parish. Please give what you can to the 2025 Annual Catholic Appeal. The weekend of February 15 and 16 is commitment weekend.
Knights of Columbus – Chicago Archdiocesan Chapter – As Catholics, we always want to show our solidarity with our clergy and all religious. One of the nicest ways is to honor them with an appreciation luncheon. On Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 1 PM, the Chicago Archdiocesan Chapter of the Knights of Columbus will host “An Afternoon with his Eminence Blase Cardinal Cupich”.
The Archdiocesan Commission on Mental Illness is pleased to offer Moving Forward in Hope, a monthly series of evening prayer, connection, and hope. Our goal is to create a safe place for those living with or caring for someone with mental health concerns to come together to pray and share with one another.
Join the Archdiocese Women’s Committee (AWC) for one of three Zoom discussions on the relevance of the Church. Our goal is to hear the voices of 200 or more women. Discussion will address the following: How relevant is the Church in the lives of women today? What are three essential things a parish must have in order to be relevant (or more relevant) in women’s lives? How has the practice of your faith changed since the pandemic? In what ways has your parish continued to or failed to nurture you in your new practices?
