The Adoration Chapel, located at the southwest end of the Narthex, is open for daily Eucharistic Adoration: Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 8:30 PM, Saturday from 7 AM to 5 PM and Sunday from 7 AM to 3 PM.
St. Michael Parish is looking for people who enjoy praying with and bringing the Eucharist to parishioners who are homebound, hospitalized or in nursing homes. Training is provided and will take place on May 5, 6 and 7 at St. Stephen Deacon abd Martyr Parish in Tinley Park beginning at 6:30 PM.
Three St. Michael’s Student Lector Program Training Sessions will be offered each month from September through May. Choose one. Children from any grade are accepted at any of the sessions. Students in Grades 3-8 from St. Michael School, St. Michael Religious Education and Students being home schooled are eligible to join.
Eucharistic Holy Hour led by Fr. Geofrey. We will sing, pray the rosary, and sit in silence before the Blessed Sacrament. The prayer time will conclude with Benediction.
